Privacy Policy
Effective date: December 1, 2023 - Last updated: July 9, 2026
Hetman House, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through hetmanhouse.com and our related mobile site and app (the "Websites") and our Service, including Scepter Graph™, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By using the Websites or the Service, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Information We Collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any other information you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring site, search terms, click activity, and similar usage data. Some of this may legally count as personal information depending on where you live.
Scepter Graph account and platform data: if you use Scepter Graph, we also collect account credentials, access tokens for platforms you connect (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), the marketing data pulled from those platforms (campaigns, ads, posts, performance stats), AI-generated reports, lead-form submissions, and system logs. See Scepter Graph Data Retention below for details on how long this is kept.
We occasionally combine or anonymize data (for example, aggregating usage by region) in ways that don't identify you individually, and we may collect non-personal data from third-party sources as well.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, respond to your requests, and send you emails about our services. We don't hand your contact information to third parties to market to you directly, except as described below or with your consent.
How We Share Information
We may share your information:
With vendors who help us run the Service (for example, Elastic Email for sending emails). We encourage you to review their privacy practices.
When required by law or legal process, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business or a related division.
With an affiliate under common ownership with us, provided their privacy practices are substantially similar to ours.
Non-personal or aggregate data may be shared freely, since it doesn't identify you.
Scepter Graph Data Retention
This section explains how long Scepter Graph keeps the data described above, and how it's deleted.
While your account is active, your data is retained so the Service can function.
If you cancel or your account is closed, your data is kept for up to 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanently deleted. Some data is deleted sooner:
System logs — automatically deleted after 30–90 days
Temporary files, like uploads and expired login codes — deleted as soon as they expire
You can request deletion of specific data (a report, a lead list, etc.) at any time without closing your account.
Disconnecting a platform: you don't need to cancel your whole account to remove one connected platform. Disconnecting it, or revoking our access through that platform's own settings, immediately deletes the stored credentials and stops further data collection from it.
Backups: we keep encrypted backups for disaster recovery. These cycle out automatically and are never used to restore data that's already been deleted.
Legal exceptions: we may retain data longer than usual if the law requires it, or to resolve a legal claim or prevent fraud, and delete it once that requirement ends.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, tags, etc.) to operate the Service and understand how it's used. Some cookies come from us directly; others come from third-party providers, such as our analytics vendor.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, referring pages, and similar trends) without identifying individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may also use Google conversion tracking for similar purposes.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The Service will still work, but some features may not function as smoothly.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and sensitive data — like passwords and platform access tokens — is encrypted at rest
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form
Each Scepter Graph customer's data is isolated from other customers'
Access to stored data is limited to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and by using the Service you accept this risk. For general guidance on protecting your privacy online, visit ftc.gov/privacy.
Children's Privacy
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we've collected such information without parental consent, we'll delete it. Any future collection from children under 13 will comply with COPPA.
Content You Share Publicly
Information you post in a public forum — a blog, chat room, social media platform, or similar — can be viewed and used by others, and we can't control that. If you connect a third-party account (like Facebook) to the Service, information about that connection may be shared with that provider, and their privacy policy will govern from that point.
Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices or content — you follow those links at your own risk.
Your Communication Choices
By giving us your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us, including in-product notifications and, if you provide a phone number, calls or texts (message and data rates may apply). We won't share your contact information with others for their own marketing without your consent.
To opt out of emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We'll process opt-out and correction requests within a reasonable time, but we can't remove your information from third parties we've already shared it with in accordance with this policy — you'll need to contact them directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we plan to use your personal information in a materially different way, we'll post the change here and give you the opportunity to opt out. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.
Other Terms
Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Use, which incorporate this policy. Our servers are located in the United States, and by using the Service you consent to your information being stored and processed there. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.
